The administration, faculty, and staff of Buffalo Island Central School District believe that each student is important as a person and that our responsibility as a school is to develop the whole person - physically,mentally, socially, and morally. The school serves an important role in the development of the individual in order that he/she may become a worthy citizen in the democratic process. We believe that the school's role in the educative process is one of major responsibility for developing productive skills, for increasing technology skills, for instilling desirable attitudes and responsibilities, and for encouraging clear and independent thinking.
